Project
Petrovskaya Kosa, 1 Club House
Category
Best Implemented Capital Construction Project in St. Petersburg
About the project (provided by the applicant)
The club house is located in the northern part of Petrovsky Island. The main façade faces the Malaya Nevka Embankment, creating a panorama and skyline due to its length and three risalits topped with pediments, which define the rhythm and scale of the building and give it a distinctive silhouette.
The detailing of the façades and individual elements enhances the building’s identity, shaping its perception from different viewpoints and distances.
The project reflects the principles of restrained contemporary neoclassicism, focusing on the creation of functional and aesthetic spaces.
The complex is divided into two zones: private courtyard areas and a park area oriented towards the water. These zones are connected through the main lobby of the complex.
Terraces with views of the water are provided for apartments on the first and top floors.
Façade finishes consist of Jurassic marble limestone.
