Project
220-Room Hotel
Category
Best Project of Public Building or Facility
About the project (provided by the applicant)
The proposed building is a 10-story hotel with a striking contemporary architectural appearance. The volumetric-spatial solution is formed by two main volumes: a brick-textured section and a dynamic light-colored plane with rhythmic balconies, creating an architectural accent on the facades.
The typical floors house 110 hotel rooms, including standard and suite categories, providing comfortable accommodation for up to 220 guests. The layout is optimized for efficient zoning and service, with two elevators, stairwells, restrooms, and staff areas.
The facade design combines the warmth of textured brick with the lightness of suspended white elements, emphasizing the verticality and fluidity of the building. The project takes into account the region’s climatic conditions, insolation standards, energy efficiency, and comfortable microclimate.
