The development site is located in the Kalininsky Administrative District of Tyumen, within the boundaries of Yamskaya Street and Vladimir Polyakov Street.
The allocated land plot is designated for the construction of a shopping and entertainment center and a multifunctional sports complex with an above-ground multilevel parking facility.
The shopping and entertainment center has 2 floors, excluding parking, and is divided into a hypermarket, shopping galleries, a cinema block, a block of restaurants and cafés, and a themed children’s park. Visitor parking is located under the shopping center. Trade modules with a total built-up area of 6,900 sq. m form the basis of the construction phases.
The sports complex also has 2 floors and includes several zones:
– multifunctional sports arena with spectator seating, facilities for mini-football, basketball, volleyball, tennis, gyms, a fitness center, a spa center, shops, and a cafeteria,
– swimming palace and water park, total built-up area – 23,500 sq. m.
