About the project (provided by the applicant)
This project is a rebirth: the renovation of a 170 m² home on the second floor of an old building. It was not meant to be just a place to live, but a stage for a new way of life. The house hosts a family of four—a couple who love nature and their two children. Here, limits became inspiration: the constraints of a rented property turned into a bridge toward creativity. Every decision, color, and detail expressed a new language of calm and vitality. Green—the breath of nature—flows throughout, carrying the freshness of leaves and morning air inside, gifting the walls with peace and the family with life. The building’s body was not broken but gently redefined: heavy ornaments removed, flows softened, and color gave it a renewed identity. Most of the budget was devoted to movable furniture—objects tied to life, ready to travel with the family, because life never stands still. In this home, limits are not cages but wings. Our manifesto: within limits lies infinite creation.
