Abrisham Villa

Best Implemented Project of Private Residence

About the project (provided by the applicant)
This villa, located in Shaniz with a 1340 sq.m plot and 690 sq.m built area over two levels, was designed to serve as a year-round residence for a family, beyond just a vacation retreat. Its position between city and countryside makes access and privacy key elements. Diverse spatial needs were carefully zoned: from service and wet zones to social and private areas, all organized around a central circulation spine. The design encourages a fluid relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces, with green corridors running through the villa to maintain visual and spatial continuity. The facades and architectural massing were shaped by a desire to offer layered views and preserve openness, while remaining responsive to the natural topography and energy of the surrounding landscape.
