The Kamchatka Territory is actively developing as a center of tourism and science. The project envisions the revitalization of modernist-era buildings while preserving their unique architectural heritage. Special attention is paid to characteristic features such as ribbon glazing and the laconic geometry of the facades. The concept combines the natural warmth of authentic materials with contemporary technological solutions.
