Perched in the Alamo hills, 263 Las Quebradas is a fusion of architectural precision and natural harmony. The design maximizes sweeping hillside views, weaving the landscape into every space. A challenging flag-shaped lot was met with smart planning, providing guest parking and smooth access. By nestling the home against the hillside, excavation was reduced while meeting seismic needs. The jagged form follows natural contours, with butterfly roofs balancing the profile. Interiors emphasize family living and indoor-outdoor flow, centered on a kitchen hub. A private yard, pool, spa, and master suite with balcony and lux amenities complete this refined retreat.
