The project of this one-story private house with a total area of 186.9 sq.m, including a separate sauna and a carport, embodies the idea of harmony between contemporary design and the natural environment. The concept focuses on creating a space that not only meets modern comfort requirements but also blends organically into the surrounding landscape.
Key elements:
• Minimalism and functionality. Simple lines and concise forms emphasize the modern architecture, while large windows provide maximum natural light and a visual connection with nature.
• Sustainability. The use of natural materials such as wood and stone creates a warm atmosphere and highlights respect for the environment.
• Integration with nature. The house is positioned to preserve surrounding trees and greenery, and the terrace overlooking the forest becomes an extension of the interior space.
• Practicality. The carport, integrated into the structure of the house, and the convenient entrance area ensure comfort for owners and guests.
