About the project (provided by the applicant)
The building is located in the Petrogradsky District of St. Petersburg, near the embankment of the Karpovka River. The project aims to contribute to the development of the city’s educational infrastructure. It brings together three disciplines: architecture, sculpture, and painting. The main compositional element is the central passage. The inclusion of a museum, library, and concert hall expands the educational functions and transforms the university into a comprehensive scientific and exhibition center.
