About the project (provided by the applicant)
ARM1530 is a project for a cottage settlement in the suburbs of Yerevan. The complex consists of 24 houses of various sizes, ranging from cozy townhouses to spacious villas with swimming pools and panoramic views of the majestic Mount Ararat.
The project successfully combines modern design standards, high levels of comfort, and the traditions of Armenian modernist architecture. Notably, the design prominently features characteristic arched façades, paying homage to the legacy of the great architect Alexander Tamanyan.
Special attention was given to the terrain during the design process. The total elevation difference across the site is nine meters, while the slopes within each individual plot are gentle. The lowest points, located at road intersections, are planned for the entrance group of the settlement, which will include a checkpoint and commercial facilities. The highest points are ideal for the largest houses, offering advantageous scenic views and distance from transit routes.
