ASKANELI Bistro is a contemporary interpretation of the familiar and beloved Georgian cuisine. The restaurant’s concept transports guests to the streets of today’s sunny Tbilisi, where traditions and history are closely intertwined with contemporary art and the creativity of street artists. The design, developed by ESENINS design studio, masterfully combines traditional Georgian elements with pop art, murals, and neon accents. The restaurant space is filled with art objects and unusual details, creating the atmosphere of a modern, vibrant, and energetic Georgia, where every corner radiates friendliness and warmth.
