The site covers 2.0588 hectares. The building footprint is 4,180 sq. m. The paved area totals 5,920 sq. m, and landscaped areas account for 10,488 sq. m.
The project has been approved by the city administration and has passed the required expert reviews. Construction is currently underway. As of March 2025, the building has been completed up to the second floor.
