About the project (provided by the applicant)
House AV is a contemporary private residence that reinterprets the relationship between architecture, landscape, and daily life. Its volumetric composition consists of white rectangular blocks stacked atop each other, creating a play of solid and void spaces, courtyards, terraces, and double-height areas. A rooftop pool serves as the central element, functioning not only as a leisure area but also as a spatial axis organizing the house and connecting different levels, offering unique opportunities for gatherings and contemplation.
The ground floor integrates social spaces with the outdoors, while the upper blocks house more private rooms. The restrained material palette and surrounding greenery enhance the sense of calm and modernity.
The project won the Avanco competition and was a finalist among the top 10 studios in Tucumán’s residential innovation contest, representing a synthesis of architectural experimentation and contemporary living.
