AVANT is located in the historical center of St. Petersburg, on the grounds of a cultural heritage site — the Red Banner textile factory, designed by Erich Mendelsohn, on Petrogradsky Island.
The project follows the “city within a city” principle while remaining human-scaled. With an impressive volume of public spaces, a forest-like landscape in the heart of the city, well-thought-out functional areas, and internal amenities, AVANT offers a rich variety of life scenarios. Every facet of the quarter opens up endless possibilities for residents.
The development includes three buildings — FABRIK, KLASSIK, and BALANCE — with a total area of 55,000 sq. m and heights ranging from 5 to 9 stories. The site also features 9,000 sq. m of infrastructure and a private park of 2,500 sq. m. AVANT is a multi-format, multifunctional, and multifaceted space that adapts to your lifestyle.
