In the heart of beautiful northern Iran, a tranquil and astonishing villa has emerged. With a land area of 960 square meters and an occupancy surface of 350 square meters, this architectural masterpiece is meticulously designed, considering the natural environment of the region, and makes optimal use of the site and open spaces.
The functionality of this villa is exceptionally considered, dedicating 300 square meters of the total floor area to open spaces and terraces, and allocating 60% of the villa's occupancy surface to open green spaces to minimize any impact on the site.
Light and shadow have been transformed into an art form within this villa. Natural light flows seamlessly through all spaces, ensuring that every angle of the villa is adequately illuminated and pleasant. Additionally, natural ventilation enhances the vitality of the living spaces.
Examining the architecture of this artistic creation reveals a harmonious blend of concrete, green metal, and glazed green tiles.
