About the project
The design of the district was inspired by the typical British brownstones – neighborhoods of the late 19th – early 20th centuries with numerous terraced houses clad in brown sandstone.
The authors of the project wanted the residents of this new development to embrace the charisma and beauty of the timeless classics while enjoying the benefits of living in a modern, well-maintained environment.
The residents are expected to be enthusiastic about maintaining the communal outdoor spaces and being involved in their community. Such eagerness in best achieved if people living in the area can enjoy access to comfortable living conditions and recreational facilities.
