About the project (provided by the applicant)
Bacio Guest Houses are located on the shore of the Epiphany Pond, 25 minutes away from Voronezh, the capital of the Black Earth Region. The houses are intended for both long-term and short-term stays by the water. The entire implementation process—from selecting the location, developing the architecture and layouts, to choosing tableware and final interior touches—resulted in creating a place that exemplifies harmony between people and nature. The idea and the territory themselves set the mood, and month by month the concept transformed into a special world with its own atmosphere, magic, character, and name. Each house is a continuation of its natural surroundings, preserving a balance of comfort, authenticity, and individuality.
Bacio is harmony filled with care for people, love for nature, and respect for the environment.
