The private house for a young man was designed with the site’s limited space in mind. The plot is located in a dense urban environment, between two parallel streets only 5.5 meters apart. The entrance and access to the building are arranged from the south side, on the street with lighter traffic. An unusual aspect of the project is the client himself — he is over 2 meters tall, so all furniture and interior elements were custom-made. The total living area is 50 sq.m.
