Project
Business Center in Yekaterinburg
Category
Best Project of Public Building or Facility
About the project (provided by the applicant)
The architectural concept for PJSC T+ is based on principles of flexibility and adaptability. The building, located at the intersection of Vilgelma de Gennina and Akademika Parina streets, is organically integrated into its surroundings, opening views toward Preobrazhensky Park and separating the business function from residential development. The large-scale center creates 1,500 workplaces, addressing the deficit of office infrastructure in the area.
The business center’s form is emphasized by a U-shaped entrance group and open landscaped spaces with terraces for work and leisure. The façade dynamics are built on a rhythmic alternation of glazed and solid panels, with varying tilt angles creating a play of light and shadow. The color scheme contrasts black and white, with white acting as a “chameleon,” reflecting the diverse shades of the Akademichesky district.
Functionally, the project combines office floors, ground-level commercial spaces, and a two-level underground parking. The flexible structure allows layouts to be adapted for different scenarios.
