About the project
The house with two exits stands on a trapezoid site within the city limits. All the features of the design site have effected the house – its shape, window pattern and layout.
Despite its small area, the house is functional and comfortable for a family with kids. It is expressive and has a distinguished character. The façade is decorated with black brick ornaments against the red brick background. The accent line made of cement chipboard girds the house between the ground and 1st floor.
The ground floor comprises an entrance hall, a boiler house, a guest bathroom, a kitchen-diner, and a sitting room. The 1stfloor houses three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a wardrobe.
