BESAR Restaurant is a modern space where Uzbek cultural identity is integrated into an international context. The interior combines traditional motifs with contemporary design, catering to tourists and residents of the Bluewaters area in Dubai. Materials used include wood, plaster, and textiles, ensuring durability and eco-friendliness.
The space is accentuated with exclusive elements: decorative plaster “stalactites,” curved wooden structures, patterned fabrics, and carved columns. The central feature is a staircase with smooth geometry and integrated lighting, creating a key focal point. BESAR demonstrates how national aesthetics can become part of a global gastronomic format, creating a recognizable and competitive venue.
