About the project (provided by the applicant)
The viewing platform is located on the rocky coast of the Black Sea, in the hamlet of Betta.
The tower structure consists of steel rods, a concrete slab, and a canopy also made of concrete. Inside, there is a spiral staircase. Another staircase is located on the hill, leading to the platform. This solution allows visitors not to repeat the same path but to discover new and interesting views.
