Modern bibliocenter in Madrid

Best Project of Public Space by Student

About the project
The project is a way to make the old part of the city more modern. Several storeys of the bibliocenter will be located above the ground, carefully integrated into the existing cultural and architectural background. As today major cities lack development spaces, the authors intend to use the space under the square, too.
The new venue will positively impact the district in general, will attract people to this old square, and propel further development of the premises that are currently out-of-operation.
