About the project (provided by the applicant)
This territory is unique as the village was designed in compliance with a project in a site without any other buildings.
It is comfortable and attractive with its 2-3 storey houses and lush vegetation.
Unfortunately, its public amenities fell into disrepair, and the villagers and their kids have no place for walking and having fun. The proposal includes a plaza with a ground-level fountain, a walking boulevard with leisure areas and green trees and flowerbeds.
