About the project (provided by the applicant)
The shape of the ski center building follows the terrain and is integrated into it. Functional layout of the center is related to its space-planning solutions. The section that overlooks the city contains public premises, and the one that borders on the park and overlooks the ski slope is designed with accommodation facilities.
The design solutions were also influenced by the height difference. The new building will become part of the natural landscape and connect the ski resort, the city park, and the city of Kirovsk itself.
