About the project
Botanica is a business-class residential development in the heart of Petrogradskaya Side, located close to the Botanic Garden. The complex comprises two buildings with 356 apartments of 43 to 147 m². Two-meters-high windows let in as much light as possible, and terraces of the top floors offer magnificent views over the old part of St. Petersburg. Internal premises of the development is closed off to vehicles, and have facilities to suit anyone – children playgrounds, recreation sites, and workout zones. The highlight of the backyard is a graffiti with natural motives.
