The multifunctional complex “Lenta” is an architectural project whose form is inspired by the dynamic image of a ribbon, symbolizing unity and the continuity of urban life. The project offers a synthesis of functions: three cinemas, a restaurant, retail and office spaces, a conference hall, and an exhibition area. An important element of the design is an underground parking facility for 200 cars, ensuring convenient logistics. “Lenta” is envisioned as a new point of attraction where business activity merges with cultural leisure, creating a vibrant public environment.
