The project concept is to create a harmonious complex that blends into the natural environment. Unlike a single mega-building, the project is divided into functional zones and construction phases, ensuring flexibility and phased development. The site is organized with an orthogonal grid, symbolizing the human mind and effectively zoning the space. The architectural concept involves evenly distributing buildings integrated into landscaping (“many buildings – many parks”).
The composition center is the educational center and sports facility, connected by a passage. All residential buildings, including two circular blocks with public spaces on the ground floor, feature cozy courtyards. A covered pergola with transport stops links all buildings, serving as a recognizable art object. Access is from Turgenev Street, along which a landscaped parking area minimizes heat and reduces the technological impact of the environment.

Alexander Alexandrovich Melnichenko
Chief architect, founder of the AM-ARCHITECT studio. Specializes in private interiors, country houses, and large-scale architectural and urban planning concepts for public and residential buildings. Preparation of AGOs and AGRs. The studio’s creative approach follows the motto by poet Joseph Brodsky: “Aesthetics is the mother of ethics.” Their projects are both beautiful and functional, inseparable qualities regardless of project budget.
