Casa Conde gently rests upon the steep terrain, its layered volumes honoring and embracing the landscape. With minimal disruption to the land, the architecture delicately seeks the finest mountain views.
The front façade whispers discretion and privacy, almost timid from the street. In contrast, the rear unfolds generously, welcoming both the scenery and natural light. Planes and volumes intertwine in a dance of solids and voids, offering surprises and moments of pause that create unique spatial experiences along every path.
A diagonally placed wooden block breaks the rigidity of the massing, floating and connecting interior to exterior. On the rooftop, a helipad, event spaces, and reflecting pools celebrate the four elements—earth, fire, water, and wind—making Casa Conde a habitable poem, where architecture and nature are in perfect harmony.
