Spanning over 1100 sq.m, this residence is a blend of contemporary aesthetics and functional layout, designed to seamlessly harmonize with its natural surroundings.
The house presents a facade characterized by wood siding accents and expansive glazing, which together create a dynamic interplay of light and shadow throughout the day. A core principle of the design was to prioritize indoor-outdoor living; this is realized through generous floating balconies and a serene pool area, both strategically positioned to frame the surrounding landscape. Inside, the interiors are defined by grand, light-filled spaces and soaring high ceilings, all reflecting a meticulous attention to detail in every finish and material selection. The thoughtful spatial planning further ensures optimal flow and tailored functionality, perfectly suited for modern living.
