The “Cipher” project is an architectural dialogue between Saratov’s past and future. It revives a territory that once thrived with scientific research at TsNIIIA, and earlier — with trade at the Upper Market. The new building, inspired by history, becomes a multifunctional hub for IT companies, coworking, laboratories, and the arts.
The double façade refers to binary code while harmoniously combining with graceful arcades that echo the rhythm of the historic market. “Cipher” deciphers the soul of the place, transforming it into a contemporary environment for living, working, and creativity, where every element preserves memory and the gaze is directed forward.
