About the project
A traditional-style house with a garret is located on a plot in a picturesque setting in Grozny.
The house design combines a number of traditional shapes and minimalist decor. The architect has come up with a solution where all the residential areas are oriented to the south.
On the ground floor, there is an open plan kitchen with a door leading to a terrace, guest bedrooms and utility rooms. The garret houses a master bedroom and children's bedrooms.
The house has a rectangular shape and features avant-corpses. The eaves at different levels create visual dynamics.
