Category
Best Project of Building or Facility by Student
About the project (provided by the applicant)
The study object was a plot of 40,000 sq.m at 40, Pesochnaia Embankment, Saint Petersburg, Russia, Petrogradsky District. Until 2023, the site was occupied by the Leningrad Youth House, which operated until 2019.
The project concept aims to create a space where a community of property owners forms, uniting people with different social statuses but similar values and lifestyles. Special attention is paid to creating a comfortable environment both inside the building and on the adjacent territory, considering the historical value of the place and the modern requirements for premium-class housing.
The complex includes 4 residential buildings for different categories of residents (couples with and without children, athletes, entrepreneurs, top managers). The residential complex consists of 42 apartments ranging from 150 to 390 sq.m.
