The sports complex in the Kalininsky District of St. Petersburg is a dynamic combination of sports, recreation, and social interaction in a single space. The complex is located at the intersection of Arsenalnaya and Vatutin Streets on a former industrial site and contributes to the formation of public space alongside the main boulevard of the quarter and the park. The building consists of multiple floors, functionally divided by an atrium into zones: swimming pools, sports halls, spa, café, and beauty salon. An open sports area is provided in the inter-floor space above the pool.
The architectural solutions are based on the existing residential and industrial development, resulting in a building with strict forms and linear façade divisions.
The complex is designed to promote physical activity and a healthy lifestyle, as well as to create a comfortable environment for socializing and leisure for residents.
