«Mistress of the Copper Mountain» is a musical performance for family audiences, featuring music by composer Gleb Matveychuk. The production is based on an original libretto inspired by the famous tales of Pavel Bazhov, a distinguished native writer who celebrated the riches of the Ural Mountains and the talented craftsmen who achieved incredible mastery in working with local gemstones. The musical invites viewers to learn the backstory of the enchanted Mistress of the Mineral Kingdom, empathize with the heroes’ trials, and believe in the triumph of good.
