Category
Best Implemented Architectural Lighting Project in Russia

About the project (provided by the applicant)
The building of the regional cultural heritage site “Customs House” was constructed in the 1890s with funds from the Ministry of Finance and initially belonged to the Amur Shipping Company. In 1910, using state treasury funds of 90,000 rubles, the building and the land plot were acquired to house the Blagoveshchensk Customs. In 1920, it served as a customs commissariat, and in 1938 it was transferred to the Blagoveshchensk Border Detachment.
In 2022, a restoration project for the “Customs House” was developed, including architectural and artistic lighting. The project was implemented in 2023 and fully completed in 2024.
