The project for the landscaping of the “Palace Facade” residential complex is set within a unique historical context—surrounded by the palace and park ensembles of Strelna and the Konstantin Palace. The name of the complex itself became a key factor in shaping the artistic image and spatial solution.
The concept reinterprets the planning principles of palace ensembles. The master plan is organized like a palace: movement along the “corridor” leads from a “hall” to a “room,” i.e., from one functional zone to another. Each zone is named in the spirit of the palace era, while its function is clearly and contemporarily expressed.
This approach not only creates a comfortable space for residents but also emphasizes the historical character of the site, complementing the modern environment.
