About the project (provided by the applicant)
The main concern regarding The Darya House is how to transform a relatively new building into a beautiful space suitable for temporary stays, hosting parties, or even serving as a photography location.
If we consider the building’s walls as its borders, they separate different areas from one another: bedrooms from the hall and living room, bathrooms from the kitchen, and the property boundary from the neighboring land, and so on.
Now, imagine these walls not merely as dividers but as elements aligned with development and integration. The result of this integration offers a new definition of borders, boundaries, and a sense of borderlessness.
Walls that originate from within the old house, extend through the courtyards, and reach the outer boundary adjacent to neighboring land or roads, create an evolving relationship between interior and exterior spaces — a blending of inside and outside.
