The project aimed to create a unique environment for comfortable rest and accommodation, reflecting the natural atmosphere of Derbent with its distinctive landscape. The design takes into account the specifics of the site — an international-level resort targeting not only Russian visitors but also tourists from Iran, the UAE, and other countries, many of whom have already shown interest in this destination. The first coastline provides views of the Caspian Sea and sets the tone for the architectural environment.
