About the project (provided by the applicant)
The interior design project of the “Uteshenie” estate is based on the idea of reviving cultural heritage through adaptation for contemporary use. The goal is to preserve the historical appearance of the 19th-century building while giving it new meaning by transforming it into a hotel complex.
The concept combines historical identity with modern comfort. The stylistic solution is eclectic — a dialogue between classical and contemporary elements, where clean white plaster contrasts with original brickwork, and antique tapestries and furnishings coexist with designer furniture and lighting. Natural materials and a soft color palette harmoniously integrate the interior with the surrounding environment, making it an extension of the natural landscape outside. Each element of the space tells its own story, immersing guests in the atmosphere of estate life.
“Uteshenie” is conceived not only as a place for relaxation but also as a symbol of careful preservation of history, a cultural center, and a point of attraction for local residents and visitors.
