About the project
The total area of ​​the site is 210 hectares. The scheme comprises four-story apartment buildings, terraced houses, private houses, a park-and-river public space, three kindergartens and two schools. The site borders a forest and a lake and situated well away from industrial uses.
There are also residential buildings of a unique and unusual format for Russia – city villas with European-style apartments. They are light and airy, with comfortable floor plans, high ceilings (2.85 m), and huge terraces. Apartments located on the ground floor have doors leading from the balconies to the outdoor lawns. Those on the top floor have real fireplaces.
