About the project (provided by the applicant)
The compact size of the apartment (45 sq.m) required truly inventive zoning solutions. The decision was made not to divide the space into closed rooms, and glass block partitions came to the rescue. Initially, only wet areas were defined on site — walls had already been built around them and had to be adjusted. The designer shifted some passages to make movement scenarios more ergonomic.
A highlight of the interior is the kitchen with brass façades. The client wanted to achieve a specific brass texture, polish, and color. The backsplash is also made of brass. Another signature feature is the semi-transparent bathtub in a cognac–terracotta shade. Together with the “Tochka Dizaina” team, we call it “the bathtub for pleasure”: set a small table, pour a glass of wine, and enjoy the view from the window. A hidden gem of the project is the hammam — a fully equipped spa area, which is rare for an apartment of this size. We thank our bold client who trusted us and allowed us to realize all these ideas.
