About the project (provided by the applicant)
The House of Culture and Youth Creativity is a central hub for all types of arts. Its exterior should evoke an emotional response, while interaction with the interior spaces provides a new, inspiring experience.
The bright and dynamic building with a complex sculptural form contrasts with the surrounding development, but the facade finishes in a restrained natural palette soften this contrast. All volumetric and decorative elements of the building are functional and integrated into various usage scenarios. A distinctive feature of the project is the expressive monumental bas-relief, incorporated into the facade structure.
The placement of the building ensures visibility of the end of the structure along the road perspective, making the bas-relief the main visual landmark upon entering the established part of the city from the south. The project aims to enhance the prestige and attractiveness of Telmana and the Tosnensky District for residents and visitors.
