About the project
The old wooden house was totally reconstructed, its area extended with a swimming pool and a winter garden. Moreover, a guest house and a garage were designed and constructed. The The ground floor comprises the hall, the kitchen, the diner, the double-light sitting room, the winter garden, and the SPA center; the 1st floor – private premises; the 2nd floor – a billiard room. The basement contains a wine cellar and some utility rooms. The project is a combination of St. Petersburg country architecture and features of American rural style.

Lace-like glazing of windows and doors, white ceiling panels, light-colored walls, and white marble of the floors make the interior airy and full of light.
