The preschool educational facility, located within a block of multi-storey residential buildings, is a three-storey M-shaped building divided into two volumes. At the “opening” point are the main entrance group from the front façade and group units from the courtyard side.
The building is designed for six groups of children of different ages, with 16–17 children in each. The façade features a contrasting color scheme with various elements that define the necessary scale and provide an aesthetic appearance.
