The design code of the residential area is based on dividing the development into four seasons, using corresponding colors and materials for the façades. The kindergarten is located in the area representing “winter.” As it is not a large building, the idea of a “sculptural building” emerged — a bright, concise, and cohesive structure. The white façade color was chosen according to the overall concept of the development, inspiring the concept of a snow sculpture with new visual associations: rounded shapes, smooth edges, satin sheen, and icy highlights.
The window arrangement is intentionally irregular, preventing distraction from the overall form, and some building corners feature curved glazing. In this settlement, animal imagery is used as the logo for all children’s social facilities. To support the winter and northern theme, the Ladoga seal was chosen as the symbol.
