Earth-Bond Pavilion “Eco-Tower”

About the project (provided by the applicant)
The design project presents the concept of a summer café, “Eco-Tower,” located in Prioratsky Park. The architecture of the pavilion is inspired by a nearby water tower, a cultural heritage site. The concept draws on the medieval fortress style (which inspired the Prioratsky Palace), reinterpreted and adapted in the pavilion’s master plan. The project aims to create a small food and beverage point to meet the park visitors’ needs for coffee and snacks, while also providing a space for relaxation and social interaction.
The project emphasizes sustainability: the main construction materials are earth-bond blocks and wood, while abundant greenery in the interior and exterior spaces creates a pleasant and calming atmosphere, harmoniously integrated into the park’s aesthetic. Additionally, the pavilion’s interior is filled with light and air through a glass dome on the roof that captures sunlight.
