The project represents an architectural ensemble of three buildings: the main house, a guest house, and a garage. At the heart of the space is a kitchen-living room with a double-height ceiling and an expressive multi-level floor slab — here, architecture creates a sense of spaciousness and air. The main house includes a swimming pool, while near the guest house there are open-air hot tubs, complementing a sauna area — a place of quiet, warmth, and outdoor relaxation.
The façade is made of natural travertine, and large stained-glass windows blend the interior with the surrounding landscape, filling the space with natural light. The extended eaves of the terraces, supported by columns, form clean and minimal architectural lines.
