About the project (provided by the applicant)
The project aims to create a new center of attraction in New Moscow.
We analyzed the context, compiled an association cloud, and formulated design principles that became the basis for the project solutions. Each principle is reflected in one of the project components: form-making, façade, and planning solutions.
The designed territory is conceived as a unified architectural and urban ensemble, a place where art and nature come together, a place to escape the everyday bustle, and a point of attraction where new horizons of knowledge open up.
The main idea of the building is to reflect Russian culture and the historical formation of architecture. It was important not simply to quote architectural techniques, but to reinterpret them in the context of the present time, so that interaction with the building from the outside already becomes part of the cultural experience, supported by the atmosphere and the dynamic encounter with art from within.
