“Texture and Contrast”

Best Implemented Apartment / Private House Interior Design Project
About the project (provided by the applicant)
Minimalism with graphic accents resonates with the monumentality of the architecture, creating a harmonious concept. The apartment features sandy-beige tones that maintain warmth alongside cold materials such as concrete-effect plaster and gray and brown shades. Warm gray tones in the materials add coziness, while an accent orange in the interior and textiles enhances the feeling of comfort.
The kitchen-living area is centered around a dining space with a large cooking island. Above it, concrete pendant lights hang, and the backsplash is made of textured plaster with a warm concrete effect. The bedroom has been expanded to 18.3 sq.m and is finished with decorative veneered panels, mirrors, and marble-patterned tiles. Walls and sockets are adorned with finely textured tiles with rare patterns, while a chandelier with round shades adds softness. The bathroom feels fresh due to a pastel green panel and tiles, chrome fixtures, and wooden elements. Light porcelain stoneware with a porous structure creates a balance between freshness and comfort.

“We create business-class design projects with unique DNA. The focus of our design is the person. Their character, hobbies, and lifestyle determine the interior, so our team first gets acquainted with the property owner, resulting in a project with a unique idea close to their spirit. Our projects withstand the test of reality, as we have many years of experience in turnkey renovation. Our goal is to create coziness, so that you enjoy the most important thing — being at home.”
